Recruitment Notice for Electrical Project Manager
To support our business expansion, we are now openly recruiting 1 Electrical Project Manager. This role will oversee the full-life cycle management of the company’s high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installation projects. We are a professional engineering company specializing in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installation projects. Our service portfolio covers the design, construction, commissioning, and operation & maintenance of high-voltage wiring, power distribution system installation for industrial and civil buildings, as well as low-voltage intelligent systems (including security monitoring, structured cabling, building automation, communication networks, etc.). With standardized management, sophisticated craftsmanship, and premium services, we have built a solid reputation in the industry. As our project pipeline continues to expand, we are urgently seeking outstanding talents to lead project management initiatives.
II. Job Responsibilities
Full-Lifecycle Project Oversight: Take charge of the end-to-end management of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installation projects, spanning project initiation, bidding and tendering, pre-construction preparation, on-site construction, completion acceptance, and after-sales operation & maintenance. Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, with compliant quality, specified scope, and within budget.
Technical & Quality Control: Lead the review of construction drawings and plans, and resolve professional technical issues related to high-voltage and low-voltage systems during project execution. Strictly adhere to engineering quality standards and specifications, organize quality inspections and rectifications, and eliminate potential quality risks.
Safety & Schedule Management: Establish and improve project safety management systems, implement safety protection measures, conduct safety training and technical disclosure, and exercise full-process safety supervision to prevent accidents. Develop detailed construction schedules, dynamically adjust resource allocation, and ensure the achievement of key schedule milestones.
Team & Stakeholder Coordination: Lead construction teams and technical personnel, clarify job responsibilities, and oversee daily team management, training, and performance assessment. Coordinate communications with clients, supervision units, design institutes, quality inspection authorities, and suppliers, and handle all project-related coordination matters.
Cost & Contract Management: Manage project cost control, review project quantities, progress payments, and material procurement plans to ensure the achievement of project profit targets. Administer project contracts, track contract performance, and handle contract modifications, variation orders, and final settlements.
Documentation & Filing: Organize and compile complete project technical documents, construction records, acceptance reports, and other relevant materials to ensure documentation is comprehensive, standardized, and compliant with filing requirements.
III. Job Requirements
Professional Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering and Automation, Power System Automation, Building Electrical Engineering, or related disciplines. Priority will be given to candidates holding Level 1/2 Constructor Certificate (Mechatronic Engineering), Project Manager Certificate, Electrician Certificate, or other relevant professional qualifications.
Industry Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in construction and project management of high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installation projects. Familiar with construction processes, technical standards, and acceptance criteria for high-voltage power distribution systems and low-voltage intelligent systems (monitoring, cabling, building automation, etc.) in industrial or civil construction projects.
Professional Capabilities: Capable of independently reviewing construction drawings, developing construction plans and schedules, and proficiently resolving on-site technical issues. Demonstrate strong awareness and practical capabilities in engineering quality, safety, and cost control.
Comprehensive Capabilities: Possess excellent communication, coordination, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong team leadership skills to drive project progress efficiently. Proficient in Office, CAD, and other relevant office and design software.
Professional Ethics: Strong sense of responsibility, ability to work under pressure, and willingness to be stationed at project sites. Integrity, high professional ethics, and no adverse employment records.
Preference will be given to candidates with project management experience in high-voltage and low-voltage electrical installation projects for large-scale buildings, industrial plants, commercial complexes, etc.
