Job Description

The Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for;

• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of electricity and electrical materials, including evaluating systems, products, components, and applications.
• Overseeing electrical equipment installation, testing, and commissioning, ensuring system and component capabilities are confirmed.
• Designing and modifying equipment for the construction and assembly of electrical components.
• Ensuring all work complies with state laws and regulations, requiring thorough knowledge of relevant standards.
• Maintaining equipment functionality by adhering to established procedures and manufacturer guidelines.
• Configuring controllers using computer programs and maintaining the product database.
• Providing training and guidance to technicians to ensure project completion.
• Utilizing personal networks and participating in professional societies to maintain professional and technical knowledge.
• Contributing to team success by achieving project completion.
• Planning project execution and managing manpower effectively.
• Conducting material estimation.
• Ensuring strict safety compliance.
• Coordinating with on-site customers and other contractors.
• Being willing to reside on-site.
• Preparing records and reports for management.
• Understanding electrical drawings and designs.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in a relevant role.
• Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a reputable university.
