This is a vital support role for the equipment sales team, ensuring the administrative and logistical side of sales runs smoothly and efficiently. It requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Sales Process Administration:
    • Prepare all necessary sales documentation, including quotes, proposals, invoices, and sales agreements.
    • Process customer orders accurately in the system and coordinate with the logistics/parts department for delivery.
    • Handle related paperwork for financing and leasing agreements for equipment.
  • Customer Communication & Support:
    • Act as a key liaison between the customer and the sales consultant, providing updates on order status, delivery schedules, and documentation.
    • Handle customer inquiries regarding parts, specifications, and order status.
  • Inventory & Database Management:
    • Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory, sales, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
    • Generate reports on sales activities, lead tracking, and inventory levels for the sales manager.
  • Coordination:
    • Coordinate with the service department to schedule commissioning, handovers, or demonstrations of equipment for customers.
    • Liaise with suppliers regarding stock availability and delivery timelines.
