JOB DETAILS:

We are seeking a skilled and safety-conscious Excavator and Forklift Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating both excavators and forklifts to assist in site preparation, material handling, loading/unloading, and transporting materials in a safe and efficient manner. This dual-role position supports construction, logistics, and warehouse operations as needed.

Key Responsibilities:
1.Excavator Operations:
Operate excavators to dig trenches, foundations, and move earth as per project specifications.
Load and unload materials such as soil, gravel, and debris.
Perform basic maintenance and daily inspections on the excavator.
Interpret construction drawings and site plans.
Work closely with ground crews to ensure safe and efficient excavation.
2.Forklift Operations:
Operate forklifts to move, stack, and organize materials and products.
Load and unload goods from trucks or containers.
Transport materials to designated areas within the facility or job site.
Conduct pre-operation safety checks on forklifts.
Maintain accurate inventory movement records.

General Duties:
Follow all health, safety, and environmental procedures.
Maintain clean and organized work areas.
Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns immediately.
Assist with general labor tasks as needed on-site or in the warehouse.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
  
• Valid licenses/certifications for both excavator and forklift operation (as required by local regulations).
  
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating both types of equipment.
  
• Strong understanding of equipment safety and operational procedures.
  
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and load charts.
  
• Physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
  
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
