Excavator Operator

Job Summary
Goldenlay Agri Limited is looking for an experienced Excavator Operator to support land clearing, digging, trenching, and earthmoving operations for agricultural and infrastructure development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate excavators for digging, trenching, land clearing, and earthmoving tasks.
- Assist in land preparation for farming activities and infrastructure development.
- Load materials such as soil, rocks, and debris into trucks or designated areas.
- Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance.
- Follow site safety rules and operational procedures.
- Work with ground crew to ensure safe and accurate excavation.
- Report mechanical issues or safety concerns promptly.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating an Excavator machine.
- Valid equipment operator certification.
- Grade 12 Certificate is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of excavation safety practices.
- Ability to read site instructions and follow supervisor guidance.
- Physically fit and capable of working outdoors.
