Key Responsibilities for Operators and Supervisors
Successful candidates will be responsible for performing pre-start equipment checks, monitoring operational performance, identifying and reporting defects, and supporting routine maintenance activities to ensure safety and efficiency in mining operations.
Candidate Qualifications and Requirements
- Minimum of Grade 12 certificate.
- Physically fit and able to work in shifts.
- Proven experience and proficiency in operating the relevant heavy equipment or supervising mining activities.
- Capability to conduct basic equipment maintenance and inspections to detect and report faults.
- Possession of valid operator certifications or licenses for heavy machinery.
- Additional training or certification in mining operations is advantageous.
