Jibu Zambia is looking for a self driven, excellent with customer acquisition, negotiation, cross-functional skills to join our team.

• Building a pipeline for the reseller model
• Performance management of all active resellers
• Identify opportunities to maximize volumes in sales in franchisee stores
• Support franchisee operations team efficiency
• Franchisee recruitment and selection
• Assist in implementation operating methods and work closely with PI team
• Be the custodian, dashboard, planning and forecasting

• Grade 12
• Diploma or Degree in project management / Business Administration / Marketing
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills
• Strategic thinking with problem-solving skills
• Experience 2 years plus in business development, expansion or operations or launching new markets and branches
