A reputable and well-established company based in Ndola, Zambia, is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced Salesperson to join its dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing the company’s range of plastics and packaging materials, with a focus on building strong customer relationships, expanding market reach, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the plastics and packaging industry.
- Promote and sell the company’s products to both existing and potential clients.
- Maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and follow-up.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify areas for growth.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the company.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in plastics, packaging, or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- High level of self-motivation and result-oriented mindset.
- Good understanding of sales techniques and customer service principles.
- Minimum of a diploma or certificate in sales, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
