JOB DETAILS:

We are looking for a highly experienced and disciplined Farm Manager to oversee daily operations at our commercial egg production site. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in layer management, biosecurity enforcement, feed usage monitoring, staff supervision, and egg sales accountability.
This is a hands‑on leadership role requiring someone who understands the full production cycle and can run the farm with professionalism, integrity, and operational excellence.
Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)
- Minimum 5–7 years managing a commercial layer farm (5,000+ birds).
- Strong understanding of layer nutrition, feed management, and production cycles.
- Proven ability to enforce biosecurity and operational SOPs.
- Experience supervising staff and preventing losses/theft.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
- High integrity and ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Basic computer literacy for reporting (Excel/WhatsApp/Email).
