JOB DETAILS:
JOB OPPORTUNITY – FARM MECHANIC
Goldenlay Agri Limited is looking for a skilled and reliable Farm Mechanic to join our team and support efficient farming operations at Kafubu Farm-Ndola.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Carrying out planned and preventative maintenance on farm machinery and equipment.
- Inspecting machinery and diagnosing mechanical faults.
- Servicing and repairing tractors, agricultural implements, generators, irrigation equipment and farm vehicles.
- Responding to machinery breakdowns and carrying out emergency repairs.
- Conducting fault-finding, testing and maintaining accurate service records.
- Maintaining a safe, clean and organised workshop while complying with Occupational Health, Safety and Environmental requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Diploma or Trade Certificate in Agricultural Mechanics, Heavy Duty Mechanics or a related field.
- 2–3 years’ relevant experience, preferably in a cropping or agricultural environment.
- Experience working with tractors and agricultural implements will be an added advantage.

Level of Education: associate degree
