Responsibilities or duties

  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Provide education on Kazang’s products and services, including after-sales support.
  • Respond promptly to client queries, requests, and complaints.
  • Conduct customer training sessions and manage complaint resolution effectively.
  • Oversee branding activities at customer premises.
  • Distribute paper rolls and other materials to clients as required.
  • Adhere to daily work plans issued by the Sales Coordinator.

Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider within a reputable organization.
  • Valid Class A motorcycle driving licence; 2 years preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and consistently meet targets.

Experience needed

Minimum 1 year of experience as a motorcycle rider within a reputable organization. 2 years preferred for the driving license.
