JOB DETAILS:
We are recruiting energetic and persuasive Field Promoters to drive SIM sales, activations and customer onboarding in high-traffic areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve set targets
- Engage customers, explain voice/data bundles and promotions
- Register SIM cards using KYC-compliant digital systems
- Attend daily briefings and submit accurate end-of-day reports
- Maintain professionalism and uphold brand ethics in the field
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 Certificate (Diploma/Degree is an advantage)
- Confident, outspoken and target-driven
- Ability to work outdoors and stand for long hours
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Prior sales, telecom or promotional experience is an added advantage
- Must be available full-time for 3 months
