Key Responsibilities
smooth daily transactions
daily servicing of momo agents
routine visits to momo agents to assess their cash and float needs
respond to requests in a timely manner
gather feedback from agents regarding challenges and service improvements.
Experience
experience with mobile money transactions
motor bike experience (if owns a license )
SKILLS
good communication skills
cyclist or
motorbike skills
Requirements
NRC (zambian)
Riders license
police clearance
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: high school
