Background

Tiidon Marketplace is seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our growing team as Field Sales Representatives.

This is a field-based role focused on recruiting new sellers, activating accounts, and increasing active product listings on the Tiidon platform. You will interact directly with business owners and help them successfully join and operate on the marketplace.

Main Responsibilities

  • Visit and engage shop owners, traders, and SMEs
  • Register and activate new seller accounts
  • Guide sellers through account setup and product uploads
  • Educate sellers on how the Tiidon Marketplace works
  • Provide ongoing support to keep sellers active
  • Achieve weekly and monthly performance targets
  • Submit daily activity and performance report

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable working in the field and approaching businesses
  • Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications
  • Self-driven and target-oriented
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Previous sales or field marketing experience is an added advantage
