The sales representative will be responsible for selling solar products, security and lighting systems to residential and commercial customers. You will help clients to onboard on solar products and will educate clients on the benefits of utilizing solar energy systems.

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, outgoing, and able to establish lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Prospect new clients and qualify leads through various channels, such as cold calls and door-to-door marketing.
  • Provide customers with accurate information about our solar products. Help them select the best solution for their energy needs.
  • Create market awareness on lighting products and showcase latest chandeliers and energy saving lighting solutions.
  • Create and maintain outstanding relationships with clients.
  • Drive sales and meet monthly targets.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and technologies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3 years of sales experience in the solar, security & lighting industry or a related field.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and analyze sales data.
  • Computer literate (Ms Office packages proficiency).
  • Must have the ability to drive and own a drivers licence.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field (preferred).
