JOB DETAILS:
Field Service Technician to be based in Lusaka
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support and helping our customers by responding to their requests for service in a timely and efficient manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Supporting customers through effective maintenance activities of filling machines and the accessories
- Understanding customer needs and concerns
- Providing a high level of customer service
- Preparing and submitting service reports to the customer and the Field Service Manager
- Providing technical direction to the team in your area of operation
- Participating in the training of new team members
Requirements and qualifications
- Minimum of an Advanced Diploma or equivalent in the electrical field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a packaging environment
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of mechanical and filling machines is an added advantage
- Holder of a valid driver’s license with more than 3 years of driving experience

Experience in Months: 36
Level of Education: associate degree
