JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise 10 field promoters daily
- Ensure each promoter reaches 15 SIM activations per day
- Conduct morning briefings and end-of-day reconciliations
- Verify SIM registrations for KYC accuracy and compliance
- Manage distribution and recovery of SIM stock and devices
- Provide mentorship, troubleshooting and performance feedback
- Report daily output to Field Manager/Project Lead
Candidate Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, ICT, Business or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in sales supervision, telecom, FMCG or activations
- Strong leadership, communication and team management skills
- Must own a smartphone
- Able to travel between activation zones and work long field hours
- Experience in SIM registration or telecom promotions is an added advantage
