Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated Finance & Accounts Intern to join our team in Lusaka, Zambia. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in financial operations, accounting processes, and reporting while supporting the finance team at Boxleo Courier.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
• Support accounts payable and receivable processes.
• Help with budgeting, forecasting, and financial data entry.
• Reconcile financial records and ensure accuracy.
• Participate in audits and compliance activities.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
