ABACUS360 seeks to recruit an experienced, results-driven Finance Manager - Projects for its client.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as a key liaison between operational teams and the Finance function
• Ensure effective financial planning and cost control across within approved budgets
• Oversee inventory/stock control and manage cash flow
• Monitor receivables and payables, and follow up on outstanding payments
• Prepare, review, and present financial reports to senior management
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
• Oversee weekly, monthly and annual financial reporting
• Support budgeting, forecasting, banking and collections
• Lead the preparation of annual departmental and organisational budgets

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• ACCA or CIMA qualification
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience in finance management, project management and leadership
• Proficient in Sage Evolution (Pastel) and Belina Payroll
• Experience in business planning, budgeting and forecasting
• Clean driver’s licence
• Self‑motivated, mature, honest and able to work under pressure
