NORTH WESTERN PROVINCIAL HEALTH OFFICE (PEPFAR/CDC PROJECT)
Responsibilities or duties
Process invoices and payments for suppliers, utilities, and service providers accurately .
Maintain accurate financial records and assist with data entry into the accounting system .
Assist in reconciling accounts and preparing financial reports .
Ensure compliance with donor and organizational financial policies and procedures .
Qualifications or requirements
Relevant Grade 12 School Certificate
Relevant Diploma, Degree, or Professional Qualification for the position applied for
Valid registration and practising licence with the relevant professional body (where applicable)
Relevant work experience as specified for the position
Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and computer skills
ZAQA-verified academic qualifications will be an added advantage
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: professional certificate
