About the Role

We’re looking for a Fleet Assistant to support our transport operations and help keep our vehicles, drivers, and schedules running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily fleet operations: vehicle scheduling, driver assignments, and route monitoring
• Track vehicle maintenance and ensure service records are up to date
• Handle transport documentation: delivery notes, fuel logs, trip sheets
• Communicate with drivers and clients on delays, and pickups
• Basic data entry & reporting using Excel
• Support the Fleet Manager with admin tasks and compliance checks

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Preferable experience in transport, logistics, or fleet operations
• Skills: Basic computer skills - MS Excel, Word, Email, and Google Workspace
• Traits: Strong organization, attention to detail, good communication
• Bonus: Knowledge of GPS tracking systems or fleet management software
• Must be able to work flexible hours and handle a fast-paced environment
