Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced Floor Supervisors to oversee front-of-house operations at our new Quick Service Restaurant in Ndola. This role involves managing staff, ensuring smooth service, and maintaining high customer satisfaction during shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise waiters, cashiers, and cleaners to ensure efficient front-of-house operations.
  • Monitor service flow and address bottlenecks during busy periods.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
  • Train and mentor front-of-house staff to uphold service standards.
  • Ensure the dining area is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
  • Assist the Complex Manager in implementing operational policies and procedures.
  • Monitor sales performance and suggest improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Knowledge of restaurant operations and service standards.
  • Must be a Copperbelt resident or willing to relocate to Ndola.
