The organisation operates a Skills Training Centre in Lilayi, Lusaka, and invites applications from suitably qualified and experienced candidates for the following trainer positions:

Responsibilities or duties

Minimum Qualifications and Requirements

TEVETA-accredited Trainer in Food Production / Catering

Minimum one (1) year verifiable training or relevant industry experience

Strong practical competence in food preparation, baking, and catering operations

Experience working with youth, including vulnerable groups

Excellent communication and facilitation skills

At least two (2) traceable professional referees

• Deliver competency-based Food Production and Catering training in line with TEVETA-approved curricula
• Facilitate both theoretical and practical training sessions
• Prepare lesson plans, training materials, and assessment tools
• Conduct learner assessments and maintain accurate training records
• Mentor trainees in employability, entrepreneurship, and work readiness
• Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and occupational health standards
• Participate in programme monitoring, evaluation, and reporting activities

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills
