Mika Convention Center is seeking a professional, courteous, and energetic Front Office Porter to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by assisting with luggage handling, escorting guests, and ensuring a warm welcome and smooth departure experience.

• Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with luggage.
• Escort guests to their rooms and explain room facilities and hotel amenities.
• Assist guests with luggage during check-in and check-out.
• Provide guests with directions and information about the hotel and nearby attractions.
• Ensure the lobby, entrance, and luggage storage areas are clean and organized.
• Coordinate with the Front Office team to ensure prompt guest service.
• Assist in receiving and delivering guest messages, parcels, and other items.
• Respond promptly to guest requests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support the Front Office team with other duties as assigned.

• Grade 12 School Certificate.
• Certificate or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field will be an added advantage.
• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is preferred.

• Physically fit and able to lift and carry luggage.
• Honest, reliable, and able to work under minimal supervision.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
