We’re opening a brand new hotel in Zambia and looking for an experienced General Manager to lead the property from pre-opening to full operations and set the standard for excellence.

Your Role:

Oversee all hotel operations from pre-opening to daily management

Build, train, and lead a high-performing team

Ensure exceptional guest experiences

Drive financial performance and operational efficiency

Position the hotel as a leading destination in the market

What You Bring:

Proven experience as a Hotel General Manager

Degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Strong leadership and team development skills

Pre-opening experience is a strong advantage

Financial and operational expertise

Willingness to relocate
