Background

We are seeking motivated and dependable General Workers to support our operations in Lusaka. In this role, you will perform a variety of essential manual and support tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

Your duties will include (but are not limited to):

• Carrying out general labour duties such as cleaning, loading/unloading materials, and basic maintenance
• Assisting teams across different departments as needed
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment
• Following instructions accurately and completing assigned tasks on time
• Working independently with minimal supervision while also collaborating effectively when required

Work Environment

This is a hands-on position that demands physical stamina, reliability, and a strong work ethic. Successful candidates will contribute to a positive team environment while taking ownership of their responsibilities.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Grade 9 (G9) or Grade 12 (G12) Certificate or any tertiary qualification
• Two (2) recent working reference letters from previous employers
• Valid National Registration Card (NRC)
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour duties
• Hardworking, honest, with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
