Motor Grader Operator Recruitment

Job Requirements

1. Proficient in operating motor graders with solid experience in roadbed leveling, slope trimming and earthwork grading. Excellent practical skills are required.

2. Hardworking and resilient, able to follow construction site management regulations, law-abiding with strong safety awareness.

3. Capable of daily equipment maintenance and basic repairs. No record of major safety accidents.

4. Aged between 24 and 52, good physical health. Able to work steadily long-term at outdoor construction sites.

5. Candidates with road subgrade construction experience and valid operating certificates will be given priority.

Job Responsibilities

1. Conduct roadbed levelling, site grading, road scraping and slope trimming in accordance with construction standards.

2. Perform daily inspection, maintenance and cleaning of the motor grader. Take good care of machinery to minimize breakdowns and wear.

3. Strictly comply with on-site safety protocols, forbid irregular operation, and cooperate with the team to meet construction schedules.

4. Follow arrangements from site management staff, cooperate with fellow workers and deliver assigned tasks efficiently.

Salary & Benefits

1. Salary negotiated according to personal competence. Higher pay offered for skilled outstanding candidates.

2.The interview requires on-site operation of a road roller, and the supervisor will assess the operator's professional skills.
