JOB DETAILS:
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for geological mapping, core logging, and resource modeling to support exploration and mining activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed logging of diamond drill core and RC chips.
- Produce geological maps and cross-sections.
- Assist in resource estimation and geological modeling using software.
- Manage sample dispatch and QA/QC of assay data.
- Interpret structural and alteration geology to guide drilling targets.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Geology or Earth Sciences.
- Practical experience with geological logging and field mapping.
- Proficiency in geological modeling software (Leapfrog, Datamine) is an advantage.
- Strong observational skills and attention to detail.
