Role Overview:

This is a structured graduate program offering exposure to all facets of Human Resources, including recruitment, employee relations, and talent management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the recruitment lifecycle (screening, scheduling, onboarding).
• Support HR operations including payroll preparation and employee records management.
• Assist in the development and delivery of training programs.
• Participate in employee engagement initiatives and performance management.
• Contribute to HR policy development and compliance.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial Psychology, or Business.
• Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent organizational and administrative skills.
• High level of emotional intelligence and confidentiality.
