Background
NFC Africa Mining PLC, an international leader in non-ferrous metals mining in Zambia, is inviting qualified and dynamic graduates to apply for its 2026 Internship Program. This structured internship is designed to provide hands-on industry exposure and develop the next generation of mining professionals.
Additional Opportunity
Twenty (20) successful candidates will begin the internship program. After one (1) month of assessment, the best ten (10) interns will be selected for company-sponsored training in the People’s Republic of China.

Level of Education: bachelor degree
