Role Purpose
This role combines creative design expertise with strategic social media management. The Graphic Designer & Social Media Manager is responsible for producing high-quality visual content and managing company social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities
- Design marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, brochures, company profiles, receipt books, and digital content.
- Develop brand-aligned visual assets for campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
- Create, schedule, and manage social media content across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok).
- Monitor online engagement, respond professionally to queries, and grow follower communities.
- Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital and printed materials.
- Produce multimedia content (short videos, motion graphics, animations) using Adobe After Effects where applicable.
- Analyse social media metrics to optimise content performance and adjust strategy.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams on campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain an organised digital asset library and ensure all artwork is backed up and accessible.
- Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for both print and digital environments.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong portfolio.
- Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects).
- Experience managing corporate social media pages and content calendars.
- Knowledge of brand development, layout principles, and visual communication.
- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, or related field is an advantage.

- Ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Critical thinking and ability to translate business requirements into visual concepts.
