Qualifications
- Diploma in Hospitality Management
- Minimum 3 Years Experience as a Front Office Supervisor in a Hotel
- Working Knowledge of Opera and other Hotel Systems
- Flexibility and a positive, Yes I Can! Attitude
- An eye for detail
- Is a creative problem-solver
- Passionate about creating extraordinary service
- Ability to supervise and work as part of a team to ensure guest satisfaction
- Strong verbal communication skills
