About the Role: Senior Coordinator – Sales Analyst

As a Senior Coordinator in the Home Broadband department, you will play a crucial role in supporting Airtel’s sales operations by providing comprehensive analytical support. Your expertise will help drive sales growth, improve distribution efficiency, and sharpen market execution through detailed performance tracking and insightful reporting.

Key Responsibilities for HBB Sales Analyst Jobs in Lusaka

  • Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance for the Home Broadband business.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and detailed reports for various territories and clusters.
  • Track performance against set targets and identify gaps, delivering actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales data to detect trends, uncover opportunities, and assess risks within the HBB segment.
  • Provide insights on market extraction, trade visibility, and conversion rates to optimize sales strategies.
  • Evaluate productivity of Sales Executives, Installers, and Channel Partners to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Monitor coverage, outlet productivity, and agent performance to support route-to-market improvements.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years’ experience in Sales Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Commercial Analysis.
  • Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) tools is essential.
  • Prior experience in telecommunications or FMCG industries will be an advantage.

  • Customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen.
  • Excellent planning, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Goal-oriented with high personal standards and integrity.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
