JOB DETAILS:
We are looking for dedicated staff for the following positions:
Head Chef
- Lead the kitchen team, overseeing food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Design and update menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and customer trends.
- Ensure consistent food quality, taste, and portion control across all dishes.
- Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and food cost control.
- Train, mentor, and supervise cooks and kitchen staff.
- Enforce strict hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with the Restaurant Manager on special events and promotions.
- Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance and report repair needs.
