To strengthen our team, we invite suitably qualified and experienced individuals to apply for the following positions:

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and strategic direction to the Business Department.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate department staff.
• Ensure effective curriculum implementation and high academic standards.
• Develop departmental work plans and monitor performance.
• Coordinate examinations, assessments, and academic reporting.
• Participate in school management meetings and contribute to policy development.
• Take part in other extra-curricular activities for the school for Example: Class tutors, Club Matron, Discipleship leader etc.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education in Business Studies.
• Minimum of three (3) years’ teaching experience.
• Demonstrated management and leadership abilities.
• Proven track record of producing excellent Grade 12 final examination results.
• Commitment to supporting and upholding Christian values.

Work Hours: 8

Experience in Months: 12

Level of Education: bachelor degree
