Qualifications or requirements (e.g., education, skills)

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Professional banking or finance qualifications such as ACCA, CIMA, CFA, or ZICA will be an added advantage.

Experience needed

• Minimum of ten (10) years' experience in SME, Business, or Corporate Banking.
• Ten (10) to twelve (12) years' experience within the banking or financial services sector.
• At least five (5) years' experience in a senior corporate banking leadership role.

• Proven business development and relationship management experience.
• Strong strategic planning and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent financial analysis and credit assessment skills.
