JOB DETAILS:
Background
A NEWLY OPENED EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE SITUATED IN LUSAKA WEST, ALONG MUMBWA ROAD (FORMER KASAMU SCHOOL), IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCES PERSONS TO FILL UP VACANCIES.
Minimum Requirements:
- TEVETA Accreditation is a must.
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering or related technical field (Electrical, Automotive, Mechanical, etc.).
- Teaching Methodology or Technical Education qualification is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in teaching or training within engineering programs.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all programs under this department and ensure effective delivery of curriculum.
- Supervise lecturers and support academic planning.
- Coordinate practical training, workshops, and equipment maintenance schedules.
- Ensure compliance with TEVETA and institutional quality standards.
- Participate in curriculum development and program reviews.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
