JOB DETAILS:
Background
A NEWLY OPENED EDUCATION AND TRAINING INSTITUTE SITUATED IN LUSAKA WEST, ALONG MUMBWA ROAD (FORMER KASAMU SCHOOL), IS SEEKING QUALIFIED AND EXPERIENCES PERSONS TO FILL UP VACANCIES.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or related field.
- TEVETA Accreditation is a must.
- At least 5 years’ experience in teaching, training, or academic administration.
- Strong managerial, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all business and management-related academic programs.
- Supervise lecturers and ensure quality delivery of lessons.
- Monitor student performance and support curriculum development.
- Ensure compliance with institutional and accreditation requirements.
- Represent the department in academic meetings and planning sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
