Responsibilities:

• - Oversee the daily operations of the lodge, hotel, or apartment complex.
• - Develop and manage budgets, financial plans, and control expenses.
• - Recruit, train, supervise, and motivate all department staff.
• - Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction and handle escalated guest complaints.
• - Implement and maintain company standards, policies, and procedures.
• - Coordinate departmental activities to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• - Manage marketing, sales strategies, and online reputation.

Qualifications:

• - Experience in hotel or lodge management.
• - Strong leadership and communication skills.
• - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
