About the HR Intern Role
As an HR Intern, you will play a key supporting role within the Human Resources Department, contributing to recruitment processes, employee record management, onboarding, and general HR administration. This position offers an excellent platform to develop practical skills and gain insight into effective HR operations in a dynamic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities for HR Intern Jobs in Lusaka
- Assist in posting job vacancies and internship opportunities.
- Receive, organize, and file job applications and CVs.
- Schedule interviews and communicate with candidates professionally.
- Support employee onboarding and orientation activities.
- Maintain and update personnel records and employee files.
- Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and staff record management.
- Prepare HR documents, reports, correspondence, and letters.
- Support staff training and development initiatives.
- Help organize employee engagement and welfare programs.
- Ensure confidentiality and proper filing of all HR information.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team as required.
