HR Officer

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
• At least 2 years experience in HR.
• Knowledge of HR practices and labor laws.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Zambian Legal Requirements

• Must be approved and registered by the Zambia Institute of Human Resource Management (ZIHRM).
• Must hold a valid certificate of practice issued by ZIHRM.
• Employers are legally required to only hire registered HR practitioners.
• Your HR qualifications must be validated by the Zambia Qualifications Authority (ZAQA).
• Membership and registration with ZIHRM (Associate, Full Member, or Fellow) based on your experience and academic background.
