JOB DETAILS:
Key Responsibilities:
Handle employee disciplinary cases,ensure all disciplinary actions comply with the Employment Code Act, 2019 and company policies.
Manage labour disputes and represent the company.
Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records.
Advise management on labour law compliance in a mining environment
Human Resource related tasks.
Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
Recognized HR Certification (ZIHRM / CIPD / SHRM or equivalent) – Required.
Minimum 2 years HR experience, with strong focus on disciplinary processes.
Mining industry HR experience – Preferred.
Proven experience handling labour disputes.
Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Work Hours: 8
Experience in Months: 12
Level of Education: bachelor degree
