Key Responsibilities:

• Handle employee disciplinary cases,ensure all disciplinary actions comply with the Employment Code Act, 2019 and company policies.
• Manage labour disputes and represent the company.
• Maintain proper HR documentation and employee records.
• Advise management on labour law compliance in a mining environment
• Human Resource related tasks.

Requirements:

• Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
• Recognized HR Certification (ZIHRM / CIPD / SHRM or equivalent) – Required.
• Minimum 2 years HR experience--Required.
• Mining industry HR experience – Preferred.
• Proven experience handling labour disputes.
• Strong knowledge of Zambian labour laws.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
