Responsibilities
- Develop recruitment plans based on business requirements, and independently manage the full recruitment cycle, including resume screening, interview arrangement, candidate evaluation, salary negotiation, offer extension, and onboarding.
- Source and headhunt senior talents through LinkedIn, recruitment portals, social media, networking and other proactive channels to fill critical positions.
- Support urgent specialist position recruitment for subsidiaries within the group.
- Conduct talent mapping and industry talent benchmarking, build and maintain the company talent pool.
- Manage mainstream recruitment channels across Africa, including daily operation, performance tracking, data reporting, process optimization and channel development.
- Implement full-cycle employee retention management from onboarding, probation follow-up, regular feedback to regularization assessment, with a focus on improving probation retention rate.
- Assist in improving the recruitment system to ensure compliant, efficient and high-quality recruitment delivery.
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree; at least 3 years of professional recruitment experience; experience in building materials or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Able to independently lead interviews with solid skills in talent assessment and negotiation.
- Hands-on experience in senior talent sourcing, headhunting and talent mapping.
- Familiar with mainstream recruitment channels across Africa (including LinkedIn) and local talent market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills, responsible, proactive, quick learner, with good interpersonal skills; willing to escalate issues and drive solutions.
