Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
  • Conduct training and development programs for managers and staff.
  • Oversee employee performance management and disciplinary actions.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
  • Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Full Grade 12 Certificate.
  • Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR.
  • Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
  • Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to train managers and employees effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
  • National Registration Card (NRC) copy.
