Job Summary:
The HR Manager will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the company’s goals.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process to attract and retain top talent.
- Conduct training and development programs for managers and staff.
- Oversee employee performance management and disciplinary actions.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Handle conflict resolution and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Full Grade 12 Certificate.
- Degree in Human Resources Management or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in HR.
- Strong recruitment and talent acquisition skills.
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to train managers and employees effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and sound judgment.
- National Registration Card (NRC) copy.
