JOB DETAILS:
Human Resource Manager (Female)
Location: Ndola
Employment Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Female Human Resource Manager to join our team in Ndola. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all HR functions and ensuring effective management of human resources within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals
- Manage recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary procedures
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Maintain HR records and prepare reports
- Coordinate staff training and development programs
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Human Resources or a related field
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong knowledge of Zambian labor laws and HR best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities
- Safety training certification will be an added advantage
