We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of proven HR experience and will play a key role in managing employee relations, recruitment, performance management, and compliance with labor laws. This position requires a proactive professional who can balance administrative responsibilities with strategic HR initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and labor regulations
  • Support performance management systems, including appraisals and employee development plans
  • Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary procedures with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Assist in the design and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance staff skills and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, health and safety regulations, and organizational standards
  • Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and organizational culture development

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
  • Professional certification (e.g., ZIHRM membership or equivalent) is an added advantage
  • 3–5 years of hands-on HR experience in a corporate or organizational setting
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
