Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
  • Administer HR policies, employee records, and HRIS data entry and maintenance.
  • Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.
  • Manage payroll input coordination, leave administration and employee benefits queries.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Support learning & development activities and maintain training records.
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics and recommendations for management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years’ practical HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
  • Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office and recruitment platforms.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

  • Strong attention to detail and capacity to prioritize competing demands.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and people-centred HR delivery.
