Key Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment: job descriptions, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.
- Administer HR policies, employee records, and HRIS data entry and maintenance.
- Coordinate probation reviews, performance appraisal processes and support talent development initiatives.
- Manage payroll input coordination, leave administration and employee benefits queries.
- Provide guidance on employee relations, disciplinary matters and grievances, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Support learning & development activities and maintain training records.
- Prepare HR reports, metrics and recommendations for management.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ practical HR experience, preferably in a corporate or fast-paced environment.
- Sound knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
- Proficiency with HRIS, MS Office and recruitment platforms.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, problem-solving and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, confidentiality and professionalism.

- Strong attention to detail and capacity to prioritize competing demands.
- Commitment to continuous improvement and people-centred HR delivery.
