Background
City Specialist Clinic is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resource Officer to join our team. You will play a key role in supporting our staff, strengthening workplace culture, and ensuring effective HR practices that drive organizational success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment, onboarding and staff orientation
- Maintain employee records and HR databases
- Support performance management processes
- Coordinate training and development programs
- Handle employee relations and resolve workplace issues
- Administer HR policies and ensure compliance
- Prepare HR reports and assist in HR planning
- Support payroll and benefits administration
- Promote a positive and productive workplace culture
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
- 1-3 years' experience in HR or administration (healthcare experience is an added advantage)
- Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and HR information systems
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- A team player with a positive attitude and attention to detail
