Job Purpose

To support the implementation of human resource policies and procedures by managing recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and staff welfare.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate recruitment, selection, and induction of staff.
  • Build and promote in-house company culture.
  • Maintain employee records and HR databases.
  • Support performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Administer staff contracts, leave, promotions, and disciplinary actions.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and institutional HR policies.
  • Coordinate staff training and capacity-building activities.
  • Handle employee grievances and welfare matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and workforce statistics.
  • Correspondent of Public Relations matters.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Diploma in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Business Administration or related field.
  • Must be a Member of ZIHRM with a valid practicing License
  • At least 2–3 years’ experience in an HR role.

  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
